These rooms are on a farm in the town of Korissia which is the port of Kea. The rooms are located on what may be the last large undeveloped track of land in the port just a few steps from the beach and the cafes and restaurants nearby. The land has olive trees, a small vineyard, bee hives etc. There are three small rooms/studios for rent. Each room has two single beds, refrigerator, toilet, and a private verandah. One room has its own kitchen. The rooms are simple, clean and proper and most importantly quiet. July /August 1 week minimum rental. Discounts for elongated stays. Average rental price about 30 Euros/day/double occupancy Kostis is also the owner of the traditional sailboat Soultana. He is also an expert on wildlife of the island and does nature tours and also walking tours of the many archaeological sites of Kea. Kostis Rooms have been demolished and rebuilt.
