Pera Panta Ikies is located in Agia Marina (Kamares), 30m from the rocky shore, 230m from the sandy beach and from the nearest restaurants, shops and bus stop. Kamares town is 800m away. Pera Panta Ikies is a brand new building completed in 2022. An accommodation facility of excellent standard made exclusively from Sifnos stone featuring bioclimatic infrastructure. The building is consisted of two residences, each with its own individual exterior entrance.

Both residences feature superior quality accommodation standards with superb interior decor, sophisticated attention to details and verandas with panoramic views of Kamares bay, the beach, and the sunset over the open sea. IKIES No1 is on the upper floor of the bulding. A "maisonette" style residence consisted of 2 bedrooms (one of the bedrooms in a loft bedroom) both with a double bed, both convertible to two single beds if requested, and a large living room and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor of Pera Panta Ikies is reached through an exterior staircase which is shared with the adjacent building.

IKIES No2 is on the ground floor, elevated about 2.5 meters above street level. This residence is also consisted of 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed, both convertible to two single beds if requested, and a large living room and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen.

Children under 15 years old cannot be accommodated at Pera Panta Ikies due safety reasons.
