Kohylia, built in 2010, is located in Platy Yialos, directly on the beach. A small, family run accommodation facility with very elegant stylish décor, tastefully furnished with a lot of attention to details and décor.

There are 12 units in total: 4 rooms on the upper floor, and 7 rooms on the ground floor, and 1 studio on the ground floor. All rooms (11 units) have air-conditioning, satellite LCD TV, CD player, Safe box, hair-dryer, mini fridge and shared verandas. The studio also has a kitchenette. Each upper floor room has a shared veranda with panoramic sea view and also a private balcony with mountain view. Each ground floor room has access to a very large terrace, on the upper floor, with panoramic sea view, on which dedicated terrace space has been designated for each ground floor room. All ground floor rooms also share a common terrace, at street level, that surrounds the building.

Other facilities include: reception, café snack bar, indoor and out breakfast lounge directly on the water front. Free Wi-Fi Internet accessible throughout the premises. Restaurants, shops and bus stop: all nearby.
