The AKROTIRAKI Maisonette Apartments are located in Platy Yialos, 60 meters from its own secluded rocky seashore and 250 meters from the sandy beach. The tavernas and shops of Platy Yialos are all within 300 meters. Built in 2011, they offer modern, superior level accommodation standards. They are very comfortable, with a touch of luxury, elegantly furnished and decorated both the interiors and the verandas. Superior quality accommodation and magnificent location perched over the sea, just outside the village in a very quiet area.

All units (3 units) are equipped with the Air-conditioning, LCD TV, free Wi-Fi Internet accessible throughout the premises, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen with oven in the maisonettes and kitchenette in the studio, all surrounded by terraces and verandas, with panoramic view of Platy Yialos bay and the sea.

The studio is open plan and it is consisted of a bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchenette, and a private terrace with sea view.

The maisonette for 2-4 persons is consisted of the following: On the ground floor there is a living room and a sofa (convertible to 1 or 2 single sofa beds for the 3rd and 4th person), a fully equipped kitchen (with oven) and a dining table, a bathroom, and a pergola shaded terrace with panoramic sea view. An interior staircase from the living room leads upstairs to the bedroom (double bed) and a veranda with panoramic sea view.

The maisonette for 5-6 persons is essentially an offer for the combined rental of one of the above maisonettes and the studio, which is adjacent to one of the maisonettes. This maisonette and studio, even though attached to each other, they are NOT connected with an interior door, as each of these has its own independent entrance and facilities as described above. This combination (booking both the maisonette with its adjacent studio) suitable for families, or a group of friends, consisted of up to 6 persons, is offered at a lower daily rental rate, in comparison to the aggregate rate when booking a maisonette and the studio separately.

There is a footpath within the property leading from the apartments to the rocky sea shore, belonging to the property. There is a garden in-front of the apartments with sun-beds, common for all the apartment guests, and private parking space within the property. Pets are welcome.
