Patrick’s place was absolutely incredible! Not only was the villa even better than the pictures, but the house manager Tania went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The villa was spacious for four people and could have accommodated many more. The pool and upstairs patio were also perfect for a relaxing day.  Tania was very hospitable and helped book transportation to and from the airport as well as ATVs that we’re dropped off right at the villa making everything so easy!! The location of the villa was very central and it was 20 or so minutes to get just about anywhere on the island. I would recommend Patrick’s villa to anyone looking to stay in Santorini!

There aren’t enough words, where to start! The house is Amazing, very spacious, Awesome outdoor spaces with a sunrise view that can’t be beat! Patrick and Tania were great, Tania went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and arrange anything we needed! The house was stocked with goodies. There are 2 separate sides to the house which is great for families. The village of Messaria is adorable, locals are friendly and just a small walk to restaurants and the Market. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!! We will stay again if we make it back to Greece, which we are hoping to do!

We just stayed in this beautiful house for three nights and absolutely loved it! It was sparkling clean, with great interior design and style. The Jacuzzis in the master bedroom and out front were wonderful after a long day walking around the cities of Santorini. There were fruits and amenities upon our arrival which was very nice and welcoming. The upstairs patio was amazing to sit and have coffee and eat breakfast in the morning. What we really appreciated was how helpful Tania (manager) was during our stay, she went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. We also’s received emails from Patrick (owner) before, during and after our stay To make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this Airbnb to Everyone, you will not be disappointed!
