Kostantakis Winery Residence is situated in the fishing village Pollonia, just 250 m from the sandy beach Polychronis and 400m from the centre of the village and the main beach. The Studio (25 sq. mt.) consists of a double bed or two single beds, bathroom, sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchenette, TV, telephone, air conditioning, radio, CD-player, hairdryer and a private, fully furnished veranda overlooking the Aegean and the nearby village.
The Superior studio (30 sq.mt.) consists of a double bed, one single extra bed, an especially designed living room corner with a traditional built-in couch, bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, TV, telephone, air conditioning, stereo (radio, tape, CD), hairdryer, and a private, fully furnished veranda overlooking the Aegean and the village.
The Suite consists of a bedroom with a double bed, living room with two traditional built-in single beds (convertible sofas), bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, telephone, air conditioning, stereo (radio, tape, Cd), hairdryer and two big, private, fully furnished verandas overlooking the Aegean Sea and the village.
The Apartment consists of one studio and one room, with independent entrances, 2 bathrooms and interconnecting door. Located on the ground floor, the apartment is fully equipped with kitchnette, bath amenities, hair dryer, telephone, radio, CD player, flat TV, Wi-FI internet access and two large verandas, one facing east with sea view and another facing west with garden view.

Kostantakis farm is a stretch of land of 50.000 sq. meters, where all the major vegetables and fruits which grow on the island are cultivated. Guests are welcome to visit the farm, mingle with the farmers and try out the produce. Children can visit and feed the animals on the farm such as chicken, ducks, rabbits and cats while the main attraction is the donkey Isa. There are also wine tastings and plenty of wine for the guests.
In Pollonia you will find amenities like crystal blue waters, clean sandy beaches, a peaceful surrounding, taverns, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, bakery, a safe children playground with a basketball court and beach volley court, a special area for surfers and daily trips to the picturesque island Kimolos and the island Polyaigos with its tropical waters.
