| SAMPATIKI-STATHOPOULOS Studios & Apartments (Villa George & Irini) - At Sampatiki Bay Most people know the prefecture of Arcadia for the imposing Mt. Parnon and the beautiful villages and monasteries that perch on its slopes. Arcadia, however, offers some really beautiful beaches for seaside holidays, and one of them is the Bay of Sampatiki, some 6kms from Leonidio. In this small fishing village one can find the apartments and studios of Mrs. Stathopoulou which expand over a large, closed up area, surrounded by well-cared gardens and with view to the sea and the mountain. There are 14 units of three different types.  Type A: 6 independent, two-storey
maisonettes. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom and one single bedroom, separated by a semi wall from
a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom with shower/W.C. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor where
there is a bedroom with two single beds. The ground floor has a veranda and the upper floor a balcony. Type B: 6 independent, two-storey maisonettes. On the ground floor there is one single bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom with shower/W.C. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a bedroom with three single beds. The ground floor has a veranda and the upper floor a balcony. Type C: 2 apartments, both on the ground floor, with one double bedroom, and one bedroom with two separate beds, which is separated from the fully equipped kitchen with a semi-wall. There is also private bathroom with shower/W.C. There are two verandas, one at the front and one at the back. All units have A/C and satellite TV. Change of linen: twice per week. No cars are allowed in the complex or on the beach, which makes it very safe for children. A parking lot is available 50m away. From Sampatiki one can do day trips to Mt. Parnon, Spetses island, Nauplion, Mycenae, Mystras, Epidaurus, Corinth and a number of other places. |
