Over the Akti Elia, the Maria Elena Villas enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and the famous sunset of the peninsula of Chalkidiki. Located in Sithonia, the second peninsula of Chalkidiki, just a couple of kilometers north from the village Marmaras and about the same distance from the village Nikiti. Maria Elena villas consist of 10 totally stone built and marble tiled luxurious villas, 8 including private pools, and 6 stone built suites with indoor private spas, two minutes walk from the sea. Villas I, III, VI, VIII, X are in a modern and contemporary style decorated, while villas II, IV, V, VII, IX belong to a more traditional style. All villas are fully equipped and elegantly decorated furnished, they air-conditioned and have TV-sets Each villa consists of 2 levels. In the upper level lies a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave oven, kettle, refrigerator, electric cooker), a comfortable living room with a cozy stone built fireplace and WC. The other level accommodates 2 bedrooms-one master twin bed and one with 2 single beds and an impressive marble tiled bathroom. Cleaning and change of linen takes place twice per week. |

Group 4: VILLAS ARTEMIS, DAPHNE, IRENE with pool These villas are 95 square meters and have 1 master bedroom with en suite living room and marble tiled bathroom, 1 two single beds bedroom, 1 marble tiled bathroom, kitchenette, living room, air-conditioned, verandas, roof garden, each with a private pool 30 - 40 square meters, private garden yard. Group 5: VILLAS AFRODITE, ELENI, LYDIA with pool These villas are 80 square meters and each has 1 bedroom-loft with en suite marble tiled WC and private veranda with wonderful view, 1 master bedroom with en suite living room and exit to the private garden, one marble tiled bathroom, kitchenette, living room, air-conditioned, veranda with flower pots and marble tiled WC, pool terrace, and each with a private pool 30 - 40 square meters.
