This tastefully decorated house is situated far from the main roads in a quiet location below the castle amidst the cobble streets, alleyways and steps of Molyvos. Close to local mini markets and bakery. Only a 10 minute walk to the main beach

From the large balcony which is ideal to sit and dine one can enjoy the bay view from up high.

The entrance to this storey house is on the ground floor through a small court yard which has a brick built barbeque and a utility room with a washing machine.

On this floor leading off the hallway is the bathroom with shower and a bedroom with twin beds, ample cupboard space, a free standing fan, small television and its own private balcony

Also there is a small spiral staircase which opens up in to the spacious upstairs kitchen/ living area.

Here is a couch which can be made into an extra single bed, a feature fireplace, TV, portable music system – a dining table big enough to seat 6 which can easily be moved to the adjoining balcony.

 The fully equipped kitchen has a full size cooker, microwave, large double door fridge freezer. On this floor we also have the main bedroom which contains a double bed, plenty of cupboard and drawer space, A/C, a TV and an en suite bathroom with shower.
