The 3 houses are cleverly designed to create authentic Greek homes and include all the latest modern conveniences so one can experience the best of both worlds. For one who wants a more upmarket holiday in a self catering villa, this is ideal. Every room has a spectacular view, either of the mountainous region of Lesvos or the great sweeping views of the north Aegean and the bay of Molivos. There are also views of the castle and village from the front veranda. A postcard in real life. You can enjoy amazing Sunsets, every night with your aperitif. Each house is air-conditioned throughout, has free Wifi access and has its own parking space. We are ecologically aware and in the construction and running of these 3 houses have done our utmost to take in to consideration and abide by all green issues. The houses are fitted with coco mat mattresses, sheets and towels.

The Grand View properties are two buildings, one with two semi-detached houses Grand View Afrodite (two bedrooms) Grand View Rhea (one bedroom) and one standing alone Grand View Kimon (three bedrooms). Each has a separate entranceand private secluded balconies. All the houses benefit from a communal barbeque area equipped with a large grill. (You can click on photos to see them full size)

Grand View Kimon

A relaxing dwelling with an uninterrupted scene offering dazzling views. A two story, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house that can sleep 6-8 persons.

As the house is under construction (completion date end of February) interior photos will be added soon.

Ground floor:

Bedroom no 1- A comfortable queen sized bed, ample cupboard space and dressing table. A small veranda with table and chairs.

Bedroom no 2 - Twin beds or arranged together (makes king size bed) for couples should it be needed. Lots of cupboard space. Dressing table that can used as writing desk if needed. Long balcony.

Sitting room- situated between to two bedrooms

Natural coco matt couch that can be made into a single bed and arm chairs

Computer with screen that can be used also as a TV

Bathroom - with full sized bath.

Utility room - equipped with the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

1st floor

Open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area that open outs on to the considerable large balcony with chairs and table that can comfortable seat 8 persons. There is a remarkable view of the whole bay of Molyvos right down to the harbour.

The kitchen has all the utensils to cook small and large meals. Large table in the dining area that seats 6- 10 persons

Large comfortable couch in the sitting area. 42inch 3D TV that is compatible with laptops.

Bathroom - shower recess with rain shower

Bedroom no 3- queen sized bed, plentiful cupboard space, dressing table and mirror. Small rear balcony with grand views of the castle.

Amenities include: Dishwasher, Microwave, 4 ring hob/large stove /air convector oven., Filter coffee machine, Toaster, Kettle, Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron and ironing board, Hairdryer, 3D television 42"/ compatible to laptops, Computer/ TV 21" DVD with surround system/ blue ray/ Mp3/CD player, Free Wi-Fi, Telephone / free for incoming and local calls. , Air-conditioning /inverter/ low decibel /heating during the winter months., Ceiling fans, Safe for valuables, Shared barbeque , Coco mat sheets and towels changed every 3 -4 days.
