The building is a 3 storey complex set in a flower-filled courtyard. There are two bed, three bed and four bed rooms and studios that can accommodate 2-4 persons. Studios are equipped with a kitchenette. All the rooms are new and spacious, with high ceilings. Every room has Air Conditioning, Cable-TV, shower, and refrigerator with
icebox. The rooms on the Ground Level each have their own private entrance and space outside, whilst rooms on the other floors have a balcony, and almost all have a beautiful panoramic view. The ground level is from the 18th century and has been renovated in keeping with the old characteristics, which keeps the soul of the building alive. 2 of the rooms still have the old wooden ceiling. There are four rooms on the first floor. Built in a modern style they have a great view over the city. The panorama can be
enjoyed from a balcony or veranda. The top floor houses more luxurious rooms, decorated with stylish iron furniture. These rooms offer a beautiful panorama over the city and port from their balconies. There is a large residents terrace on the 2nd floor with panoramic views over the port and town and a sun –drenched courtyard with shady grapevine and views.
