The Pool Restaurant & Bar serve a full, homemade, American buffet breakfast enriched with specialties of Sifnos and accompanied with chilled champagne. Lunch includes fresh salads, international dishes and tasty local recipes. For those wishing to have lunch or a light snack on the beach, a special "Petite Carte" is also available. Dinner is a BBQ by the pool with a Greek Buffet and fresh "catch of the day" theme. The Pool Bar offers an extensive range of cocktails, fresh fruit juices and long drinks. The Gastronomic Restaurant offers luxurious fine dining and service with an elegant ambiance serving inspired Mediterranean & Greek cuisine and rare wines from around the world. At the Main Bar and Lounge, adjacent to the Gastronomic restaurant, one can enjoy the highest standards, serving all time classic cocktails, long drinks and a variety of Greek spirits.
