Villa Athina is built within the same property where the Villa Patricia is. The house is 45 square meters and is ideal for couples, honeymooners or families with 2-3 kids.

In the loft of this house there is a wonderful view of the garden and the sea which you can gaze at from the king size bed. You'll also find bed linen and towels for your use.

Down in the living room there is a couch that turns into a bed for 2 persons, and if necessary there is place for a baby cot. A TV with a DVD player is also there to watch movies. Air conditioning keeps it cool in the summer and a heater keeps it warm in the winter.

.In the kitchen you'll have everything you need. ....A fridge, a cooker, a toaster, a kettle
 and a espresso coffee maker, also cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.

Low Season (April and October) 400 euros
Middle Season (May and June) 550 Euros
High Season (July, August and September) 750 Euros
