We have a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony of our
house which is an apartment but in the village all the houses are attached to each other so it really is like a house....The house is at the very top of Ioulis and has parking to go
with it...which is very important because there are not many places to
park and you will want to have a car to explore the island....The house is three stories and is very livable....The top
level had a master room and bath...The bed is queen size and has a
balcony from which you can see all the way to Athens....The middle level is the
living area with a functional kitchen and everything stocked...with a
fabulous coffee machine....The lower level is very cool in temp. which
is nice.....it has two double beds and a full bath....but plenty of
room for another bed....
The property is beautiful and very well landscaped.....and a pool
that goes with the condos.....from the house there are several ancient
walking paths that you can take..and of course you can walk down to
the restaurants in the village square .....so it is very central located....
We are renting for 100.E a night with a week minimum....
