Vouliagmeni is one of
the most upscale seaside resorts of Athens, with several very good beaches
as well as the Lake Vouliagmeni, the water of which has therapeutic
qualities, many high-end restaurants, good shopping and still quite close to
the city centre (18kms) and the airport (21kms). 
There are two restaurants, the
"La Boheme" that serves authentic Italian cuisine, and the "Cafe Plaza"
on the first floor veranda, for Greek dishes and snacks. On the 6th
floor terrace one can find the "Vista Lounge" bar, for cocktails or even
a private dinner. The views are truly magnificent.
